About us
Thirty thousand square meters on the Wdzydze Lakes Cross - a place that began with a few houses on stilts for kayakers on the Wda trail.
History
The first facilities serving kayakers on the Wda River were built here in 1956. The upper section served as accommodation, while the space below the cottage served as kayak storage and a place to prepare meals.
These same cottages still stand today, after modernization, a few dozen meters from the pier and tavern. Around them, a campsite has grown: summer houses and mobile homes, apartments with fireplaces, a caravan and tent site, a marina, and an observation tower.
All in a fenced and monitored area in the heart of the Wdzydze Landscape Park, on a complex of lakes called the Kashubian Sea.
Host
The station is managed by an active recreation instructor specializing in kayaking, author of kayaking guides and promoter of active recreation.
He has written guides to the rivers of Pomerania for publishers such as Pascal and PTTK. He is the creator of award-winning tourist projects: "The Brda Kayak Tram" and "The Wda Kayak Pendulum.".
It is thanks to his knowledge and experience that the station has become one of the best-rated water sports facilities in Poland.
